About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the first line of support for all internal IT operations, ensuring our employees are productive, secure, and well-supported. This is a high-autonomy role focused on managing our cloud tools, endpoints, and security processes. Key Responsibilities: Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage the full employee lifecycle, including Google Workspace (IDP)
