You’ll provide first-line support to users, assist with system maintenance, and contribute to keeping SATLANTIS’ technological environment secure and reliable.Your main responsibilities will include:Providing technical support to users and resolving incidents related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.Assisting in the configuration and maintenance of workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.Supporting
