Responsibilities
Perform various food preparations, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen remains efficient in creating and delivering dishes for patrons.
Complete all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
Daily preparation of food items in their assigned outlet as well as other areas of the kitchen.
Supply clean and sanitized dishes to the dining room and kitchen stations as well as operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment and supplies.
Assist the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Cooks, and other kitchen personnel in the production of menu items which ensures a high level of performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Compensation & HousingEstimated Monthly Budget:- Projected monthly income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15)- Projected housing cost: $600/month- Meals provided during working hours.
Visa Program – J1This traineeship is part of a J1 visa program intended for young professionals, or recent graduates to propel their careers, gain work experience, and improve their skills through cultural exchange.The J1 Visa process and application fees total $1,870, broken down as follows:- First payment upon signing contract: $420 (non‑refundable)- Last payment upon visa approval: $1,450 (includes $650 of mandatory health insurance)Disclaimer: The first month of housing must be paid by the candidate in advance. The employer does not cover airfare, which will vary depending on the candidate's city of departure.
Eligibility Requirements
Age 18‑35 years old.
Graduated from an accredited institution, hold a degree related to the position, and have at least 12 months of professional experience - OR
Young professional with at least 5 years of work experience in the field of interest.
English proficiency: Intermediate.
