Opportunity – Senior Technical Lead &##128313;
&##We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead / Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for AI and Machine Learning solutions within the IMS (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services) domain.
Lead the technical architecture and technology strategy for AI/ML solutions, balancing cost, risk, time-to-value and long-term scalability.
Identify, articulate and mitigate technical risks using a structured, data-driven approach.
Define and evolve technical blueprints that support early discovery, accelerated value delivery, and progression to fully industrialised AI products.
Work closely with engineering leaders and squad tech leads across distributed locations (Barcelona and London) to build an aligned, pragmatic and high-performing engineering community.
15+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering within complex environments.
