We specialize in delivering high-performance platforms for the iGaming industry , covering everything from risk management and trading to user engagement and analytics .We’re looking for a Java Technical Lead who can guide a talented development team while owning the architecture and quality of critical back-end systems. Your ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Java developers in a collaborative Agile environment.Drive architecture and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.Provide code-level guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.Implement and optimize cloud-native services in a Kubernetes ecosystem.Work closely with product and QA teams to ensure technical excellence.Build and manage event-driven systems using Kafka , caching tools, and modern databases.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate their adoption when beneficial.What We’re Looking For5+ years of Java development experience with modern frameworks.Solid experience working in Kubernetes-based environments .Strong leadership and mentoring background.Proficiency in SQL and database design.Hands-on experience with Kafka and distributed caching systems (e.g., Redis, Memcached).Prior iGaming industry experience is required .Familiarity with front-end (HTML, CSS, JS, Angular/React) is a plus .Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.At least B2 level of English.
