We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to join our team in Murcia. This is a full-time, hybrid position (2 days/week on-site) where you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge IoT and AI projects.You will work closely with senior engineers to tackle technical challenges, document innovative processes, and contribute to research activities that shape the future of the center.What You’ll DoCollaborate on the end-to-end development of IoT and AI-driven solutions.Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems in a fast-paced R&D environment.Prepare high-quality technical documentation and reports for innovation projects.Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends and integrating them into our projects.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with emerging ICT trends such as IoT, DL/ML, Agentic AI, and modern development environments (e.g., Vibe coding).Mindset: Technically ambitious, autonomous, and a proactive problem-solver.Teamwork: Excellent communication skills with experience (or interest) in Agile/SCRUM methodologies.Soft Skills: An "out-of-the-box" thinker with a great attitude and a desire to grow within a high-performing team.Languages: English level B2/C1.Availability: Ready to travel if required by project needs.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive Salary: Commensurate with the candidate’s experience and potential.Performance Bonus: Annual bonus based on individual and company goals.Work-Life Balance: Intensive workday (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM) during Summer and Christmas periods.Flexibility: Hybrid work model with only 2 days per week at our Murcia office.Family Support: Financial assistance/stipend for children’s education. xsgfvud Innovation-Driven Environment: The chance to work on state-of-the-art tech projects.
