Our goal is to offer technical support to internal clients (other IT coworkers) regarding projects or productive applications. This position must serve to reinforce this service, increasing the team capacity and improve the support level. In order to achieve that, a high level knowledge of the application landscape, dependencies and integrations is very important. What you will do Act as a support technician within a Development Support team Understand the SIX processes and apply properly Acquire the required knowledge about the applications to which we provide support Collaborate with different IT teams to ensure optimal support to the requestors Contribute with ideas or initiatives to enhance the team service What you bring Linux systems administration knowledge Programming skills (Python, Java, C, etc.) DB technology understanding (MSSQL, Postgre, etc.) Microservices and containerization basic knowledge Background in IT corporate tools (Jira/Confluence, GIT, VS Code, etc.) High team-working spirit Languages: Spanish (native/proficiency) and fluent in English (verbal and written) What we offer Hybrid model up to 40% working from home 37,5 hours/week with flexible schedule and 29+2 holidays Additional Medical Insurance for employee and family and Daily meal allowance Pension fund Access to technical and language learning platforms Free parking spot and charger spots (only Rozas) #J-18808-Ljbffr
