We’re looking for a high-agency, ambitious full-cycle business developer to drive growth end-to-end.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from sourcing and outreach to closing high-value deals — and play a key role in shaping how we scale.
Lead conversations with top-tier clients with a strong business and strategic angle
Mentor and support more junior team members in sales and outreach
Participate in events, networking, and ecosystem building
Help explore and open new markets, verticals, and revenue lines
Work closely with founders and technical team to shape proposals, projects, products and custom solutions
B2B sales experience, ideally selling services, consulting, or SaaS to enterprise and mid-market companies
Strong business mindset: you understand how companies think and make decisions
Interest in AI, technology, and the future of business
Fluent Spanish and strong English (B2 minimum)
