You will play a critical role in designing,developing, and delivering high-quality enterprise solutions that meet the needs of ourcustomers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successfulimplementation and deployment of our products.Key Responsibilities: Lead a group of Cloud Engineers to successfully build a new AWS Organization from scratch. Work across cross-functional teams to build a telemetry system that enables product-led growth and key adoption insights for product strategy. Work across cross-functional teams to build the centralized platform for all experimentation across a global enterprise technology company to drive the future of data-driven decision making. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Drive the capability for parallel feature development and ensure incremental delivery of software. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support. Ensure the quality and performance of the codebase through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, DevOps. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. Required Skills and Experience: Demonstrates expert-level knowledge of AWS Control Tower architecture, including Service Control Policies (SCPs), organizational unit (OU) design, guardrails, and multi-account governance best practices. Demonstrates mastery of multi-region active-active architectures, applying Mission Critical design standards to ensure all foundational platform components meet strict availability, resilience, and reliability requirements. Broad experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise cloud networking solutions. Deep understanding of AWS Cloud WAN and AWS Network Firewall, including design, implementation, and operational considerations. Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code, with proven experience managing complex network deployments. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience in developing in a contract-first environment. Proven ability to use a data-driven approach to continuous improvement and decisionmaking. Ability to communicate fluently in English. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large-scale enterprise cloud platforms. Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and best practices. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
