At HBX, we believe that tech + data + people set us apart, supported by our “global approach, local touch” philosophyAs part of HBX Legal’s Litigation & Insurance team, you will manage disputes and claims across jurisdictions, coordinate external counsel, and partner with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and deliver efficient outcomes within a collaborative, team-based environment.Job SummaryAs part of HBX Legal’s Litigation & Insurance team, you will manage disputes and claims across jurisdictions, coordinate external counsel, and partner with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and deliver efficient outcomes within a collaborative, team-based environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage litigation and pre-litigation matters, ensuring consistent strategy, escalation, and communication.Draft and negotiate settlement agreements, legal notices, and dispute-related documentation.Coordinate and oversee external counsel and advisors, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.Lead insurance claims handling, including notifications, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.Partner with internal teams to resolve disputes early and improve processes.Provide clear, business-focused legal advice, risk assessments, and updates.Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards; track KPIs and identify efficiencies using Excel, Power BI, and legal tech/AI tools.Skills & ExperienceQualified lawyer (Spain) with litigation experience in private practice and/or multinational environments.Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with high ownership and attention to detail.Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and interest in legal tech/AI preferred.Collaborative team player with high integrity and a strong service mindset.At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.Were committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, embracing different backgrounds, perspectives and talents.
