Lead the integration. Drive real impact.We are looking for a senior Integration Leader to take full ownership of a high-impact post-merger integration, working directly with the Managing Director.This is not a standard PMI coordination role. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, with real ownership over the integration roadmap — translating deal rationale into tangible business outcomes while ensuring continuity and long-term value creation.Operating in a dynamic and evolving environment, you will play a key role in shaping how the combined organization works — aligning structures, processes, and ways of operating while navigating multiple stakeholders, priorities, and levels of ambiguity.What You Will OwnDefine and execute the end-to-end integration roadmap (0–30–90–180 days), aligned with value creation priorities.Design the integration approach and operating model, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.Lead the Integration Management Office (IMO), driving governance, structure, and decision-making.Drive alignment across functions, acting as a central point of coordination and influence.Ensure business continuity: protect revenue, retain key talent, and maintain critical relationships.Drive organizational and cultural integration, adapting the level of integration where needed.Monitor progress through clear KPIs and provide structured reporting to senior leadership.Proactively identify risks, trade-offs, and escalation points, enabling timely decision-making.What We’re Looking ForProven experience leading complex transformation or integration programs, ideally within consulting or similarly demanding environments.Strong track record operating in multi-stakeholder, high-ambiguity contexts with tight timelines.Experience working across different business environments, with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new contexts.Ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Strong problem-solving and structuring skills, with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making without formal authority.Previous exposure to post-merger integration, corporate development, or large-scale transformations is a strong plus.What Makes This Role UniqueDirect reporting line to the Managing Director, with high visibility and exposure.High level of ownership and autonomy in shaping the integration approach.Opportunity to move from advisory to execution, with direct impact on business outcomes.A dynamic environment requiring both structure and adaptability — balancing strategic clarity with pragmatic decision-making.A critical leadership role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and organizational transformation.Who This Role Is Ideal ForThis role is particularly suited for candidates coming from consulting who are looking to transition into an ownership-driven position, with direct accountability for execution and results.You will face a wide range of challenges — from strategic alignment to operational delivery — requiring strong judgment, resilience, and the ability to make well-founded decisions in complex and evolving environments.
