As Culture & Leadership Manager, you will co-design and deliver initiatives that embed our values, strengthen leadership capability, and build a unified, high performing culture across regions. In this role, you influence leaders at all levels, work across HR and the business, and drive meaningful cultural transformation that enables our people to thrive. Your key responsibilities • Culture Strategy & Transformation – Co design and deliver culture initiatives that bring our purpose, values, and leadership behaviors to life across all regions.• Leadership Development & Capability Building – Co develop leadership programs, embed the Leadership Framework, and partner with Talent & Performance on capability-building experiences.• Leadership Communities & Gatherings – Support global leadership offsites, communities, and engagement platforms to strengthen alignment and shared purpose.• Employee Experience & Engagement – Shape a consistent, inclusive employee experience focused on belonging, wellbeing, collaboration, and continuous feedback.• Change & Communication – Bring culture to life through storytelling, clear narratives, and collaborative activation with Internal Communications and regional HR.• Data, Measurement & Insights – Track cultural, leadership, and engagement KPIs; translate insights into practical actions and targeted interventions for leaders.
