Experteer Overview As part of Grifols’ Donor Centers Project, you will ensure maintenance operations run efficiently while adhering to regulatory and safety standards. You serve as a technical liaison among maintenance, quality, and management, driving accurate reporting and documentation. Your role focuses on maximizing facility availability at optimal cost and fostering a motivated, compliant maintenance team. You will work across sites with frequent travel to Egypt, delivering continuous improvement and effective budgeting and resource planning.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Coordinate production and maintenance plans to meet quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Define and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance policies with specialists
- Lead risk analyses for equipment and facilities
- Plan and monitor the maintenance budget for the area of responsibility
- Manage costs and actions to prevent budget deviations
- Determine and allocate human and material resources to meet requirements
- Foster cross-site communication and align with other departments
- Promote standardized processes and workflows in maintenance
- Ensure staff and contractors follow defined workflows and possess required knowledge
- Provide contract information for service delivery and drive continuous service improvement
- Ensure proper training and versatility (multi-skilling) of team members
- Maintain documentation quality and compliance with management systemsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
- 5–8 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management in industrial or complex environments
- Proven experience in maintenance planning (Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective)
- Experience in multi-site environments is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership and team coordination abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently to EgyptRequisitos principales
