Experteer Overview
In this role, you will develop and qualify materials and processes across composites, metals, surface treatments, paints, sealants and elastomeric technologies to support aerospace programs. You will work within the Mu0026amp;P Development team (TADAP3) to guide design, manufacturing, supply chain and quality on material decisions. You will lead testing plans, failure analyses and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure robust, compliant solutions for military aircraft applications. This is an opportunity to shape material technology and drive reliability in a high‑tech airframe environment.

• Lead Ru0026D, optimization and maturation of materials and processes across composites, metals, surface treatments, paints, sealants and elastomeric technologies.
• Develop and manage technical specifications and qualifications for materials and processes.
• Provide technical support to design, manufacturing engineering, supply chain and quality teams on material queries and concessions.
• Represent TADAP3 in project meetings, task forces and contribute to process specs and technical notes under ADS SAU control.
• Define test plans for Ru0026T, design and development of new technologies and materials.
• Perform failure analyses within the assigned scope.
• Support services and industrial environment with technical expertise on materials.
Responsabilidades
• Engineering or Science degree (Master's valued)
• Minimum 5 years in materials and processes with strong test method knowledge
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Experience in qualifications and development of new materials and processes and supplier engagement
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance, CML and Airbus standards and quality standards
• Experience in material technology development and in low observability, thermal or electrical material functionalities
• Ability to travel frequently
