Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Medical EMEA Sales Contracts Team to deliver accurate tender submissions, compliant pricing, and successful contract awards. You will partner with Sales, QA, and other stakeholders to minimize risk and drive process excellence within the Medical division. You lead a high-performing team, using data to inform decisions and improve systems. This position combines leadership, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to support the medical business at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and communicate vision, goals and priorities for the team aligned to Sales Operations and Medical strategy
- Provide clear expectations and feedback on performance
- Coach and mentor team members
- Ensure processes are current, accurate, and compliant with Medical quality system and regulatory requirements
- Use reporting tools and data to drive informed business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and effectiveness
- Ensure functional excellence, resource planning, tooling, training and productivity improvements
- Coordinate with Sales, Provider Selling Team, Field Sales Leaders, QA and other teams to align with priorities
- Set and review KPIs and quality objectives for the Sales Contracts team
- Collaborate with Sales, Provider Selling Team, QA and other teams to deliver effective responses to customers
- Additional responsibilities as required within scopeResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership
- Minimum 3 years of tender and contracts experience
- Ability to motivate and lead in a complex, changing environment
- Effective written and oral communication in English and at least one other European language
- Proven ability to influence change at all leadership levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities to meet objectives and timelines
- Experience with complex problem solving and implementing improvements
- Conflict management and consensus-building skills
