About the Role As a Mid Solutions Engineer at Murphy, you are the technical partner for a portfolio of clients, responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, successful implementation, and ongoing technical optimization. You will work in close collaboration with engineering and product, translating client goals into actionable technical plans and solving problems quickly and effectively. You will operate with autonomy but also know when to escalation or collaborate on more complex situations. Responsibilities Client Success & Technical Ownership Manage the technical relationship with a set of mid-market and enterprise clients. Translate business needs into technical configurations, workflows, and integrations. Drive successful deployments, ensuring systems are well-implemented and aligned with client goals. Advocate for clients internally, providing high-quality product feedback. Technical Problem Solving Triage technical issues, collaborating with engineering when necessary. Analyze client workflows and data to identify optimization opportunities. Maintain clear documentation and provide reusable solution guides. Cross-Functional Execution Coordinate technical deliverables with product, engineering, and operations. Communicate progress clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure execution is fast and technically sound. Growth Contribution Identify opportunities for expansion or upsell based on usage and client needs. Support GTM team. Requirements 2–4 years in Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Technical Support, Implementation, or similar technical roles. Engineering, technical, or data background. Solid problem-solving and technical communication skills. Ability to manage integrations and client implementations autonomously. Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment. Fluent English, Spanish and other languages are a plus. Bonus: experience with AI or data-centric products. This role involves occasional short trips to the UK and other European destinations to visit clients, so availability for travel is required.
