In today's competitive and ever-changing markets, it is the added value we offer our customers that makes the vital difference.ES10061-ESPANA AL AIR LIQUIDE ESPAÑA, S.A.## **Como Sales Representative, enfocado en el sector de Clientes Industriales, las principales responsabilidades incluirán:**## **Desarrollar y Gestionar una Cartera de Clientes:*** ## **Desarrollar una sólida relación en la cartera de cuentas, a todos los niveles, a través de contactos y visitas regulares.*** ## **Responder a las preguntas de clientes y proporcionar asesoramiento técnico y comercial especializado.*** ## **Promover, ofrecer e informar proactivamente sobre nuevos productos, servicios y aplicaciones para agregar valor a los clientes.*** ## **Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.*** ## **Realizar la gestión comercial de nuestros clientes/distribuidores.**## **Ofrecer la Mejor Experiencia y Nivel de Servicio al Cliente:*** ## **Liderar la coordinación interna para garantizar la mejor experiencia y nivel de servicio al cliente.*** ## **Participar proactivamente en iniciativas que aseguren la satisfacción y mejora continua del cliente.**## ## **Rentabilidad y Optimización de Recursos:*** ## **Analizar la rentabilidad de la cuenta e implementar acciones para mejorarla.*** ## **Identificar cualquier oportunidad y garantizar que se implementen, de acuerdo con los recursos asignados.**## **Informes y Análisis:*** ## **Garantizar la utilización optimizada de los programas y Herramientas de Gestión/CRM (SalesForce, Power BI).*** ## **Proporcionar informes regulares sobre el progreso de la cartera comercial, nuevos desarrollos de negocios y todas las actividades relacionadas con las cuentas gestionadas.****Competencias Deseadas:*** **Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Químicas*** **Experiencia como comercial en el sector industrial*** **Sólida comprensión de los gases utilizados en el proceso*** **Fuerte capacidad para construir relaciones duraderas y basadas en la confianza, a todos los niveles, con las partes interesadas (técnicas, adquisición y gestión).*** **Mentalidad analítica para evaluar la rentabilidad e identificar las oportunidades.*** **Orientación a resultados y capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma.*** **Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.*** #LI-RO1Internal communication aimed at employees already hired by the Company, in compliance with the AL AIR LIQUIDE ESPAÑA, S.A., and AIR LIQUIDE IBERICA DE GASES, S.L.U.
