Position: Customer Service Representative / Online Bank AdvisorLocation: Benalmádena, SpainWork model: Hybrid (after trial)DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide customer support to Norwegian-speaking banking customersHandle enquiries relating to customer accounts and banking servicesAssist customers with the use of online and digital banking servicesResolve account, payment and transaction-related issuesProvide accurate information and guidance regarding banking servicesHandle financial and customer information accurately and confidentiallyUse transaction-processing and credit-assessment systemsIdentify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionallyMaintain a high standard of customer service throughout each interaction.REQUIREMENTS:Fluent Norwegian (C2) both verbal and written.
