Join us!What the Business Development Operations Department does at WorldwideBusinessDevelopment Operations is a team of highly experienced Business Development professionals who drive significant bookings targets and support Worldwide’s strategic position in a competitive market through a culture of collaboration and innovation.This tenured team supports a strong portfolio of existing business as well as being responsible for the continued significant growth of Worldwide’s future pipeline and sponsors.The team is accountable for overall sales performance, the profitable achievement of sales goals, and for aligning sales objectives with the Worldwide’s therapeutic and commercial strategies.What You Will DoTrack the collection, entry, and distribution of rater experience qualification dataReview and may develop study specific rater training web portal specifications for portal readinessAssist in coordinating logistical matters and prepare materials for Investigators’ Meetings, which Associate may attendEdit / format materials such as for rater training, including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint training slides, and Microsoft WordConduct scale management activities, such as obtaining scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvalsTrack incoming source documentation to ensure timeliness of source reviews and provide data to the Sponsor and study teamCommunicate with research sites to ensure rater training and data surveillance plan guidelines are followedProvide CAT data for the CAT Final Study Report completion and ensure proper formatting of documentWhat You Will Bring To The RoleHighly organized, detail- and service-orientedMeets timelines consistently and be able to effectively work under pressureContinuously open to constructive, developmental feedbackSkilled in written and verbal communication in order to clearly and concisely present informationHigh level of interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, deadline oriented, and changing environmentAble to manage multiple tasks and many administrative details in a fast-paced and constantly changing environmentHigh level of self-motivation skillsHigh level ability to work in teamsExcellent proficiency in all MS-Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, and PowerPointYour ExperiencePreferred minimum of Associates degreeAt least 1+ years clinical trial experienceDemonstrable knowledge of operational aspects Phase I-IV clinicalAmple knowledge of SOPs and ICH/GCP/regulatory guidelinesCompetency working with data and numbersFluency in English (will be required to write, speak and understand English to conduct day-to-day business)The role requires travel domestically and internationally in order to attend key meetings.
