Key Responsibilities Partner Project Management (Sales & Tech) End-to-End Execution: Lead and implement individual projects for our global Sales Partner network, coordinating between internal teams and external partners. Tech Partner Initiatives: Drive specific projects for our Tech Partner team, including the creation of co-branded case studies, managing commercial entries in our Marketplace, and coordinating technical/commercial webinars. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between our partners and internal departments such as Integrations (Tech), Marketing, and local Sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration. Events & Engagement Flagship Events: Take full ownership of organizing the annual Solution Partner Event/Meeting, from logistical planning to content coordination. Micro-Events: Organize and coordinate smaller business events and partner workshops to strengthen our ecosystem. Commercial Operations & Analytics Business Reviews: Support the VP and Partner Managers in preparing Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR), including presentation design and data consolidation. Strategic Support: Act as the primary point of contact for long- and short-term analysis and projects for the Indirect Business leadership. Team Support: Provide occasional administrative and operational support to the Solution Team to ensure smooth partner onboarding and lifecycle management. What We’re Looking For Experience: 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Partner Operations, or Marketing Coordination, ideally within a B2B SaaS or Hospitality Tech environment. Hands-on Mentality: You take pride in "getting things done" – weather it’s a high-level project plan or a detailed administrative task. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence and coordinate with various internal departments and external global partners. Organizational Talent: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from webinars and case studies to large-scale partner events. Communication: Fluent in English (German or French is a strong plus); ability to create compelling presentations and clear project documentation. Tools: Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce), Project Management tools (Asana/Jira), and PowerPoint/Excel.
