What you’ll bring Proven Spanish payroll implementation experience (essential) Fluent Spanish and English Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation Experience with A3 payroll (preferred) Background in client-side payroll Strong stakeholder communication skills Experience with SAP, Excel / Google Sheets Analytical and solutions-focused Exposure to reconciliations / accounting Interest in automation, AI, and process improvement What you’ll do Lead end-to-end payroll implementations (kick-off to go-live) Act as the Spanish payroll SME Support sales and client onboarding Own timelines, delivery, and documentation Ensure smooth handover to operations Drive process improvements and standardisation Support and mentor payroll team members Please apply on here for more info.
