We’re looking for an HR Lead Iberia, a strategic, hands-on role with real impact and close partnership with the Iberia leadership team. As the HR Lead Iberia, you’ll lead the full HR agenda across Spain and Portugal ensuring: Alignment with global HR strategies and policies Strong local compliance (Spain + Portugal)Trusted partnership with the General Manager and leadership team You’ll own the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, reporting and HR projects. Be the HR lead for Iberia (Spain & Portugal): own the full people agenda end-to-end, with real autonomy and visibility. Partner with leaders: coach the GM and leadership team on performance, engagement, culture and organizational decisions. Make things work flawlessly: ensure strong local compliance, smooth employee relations, and high-quality HR operations (payroll/benefits via external partners). Attract and grow talent: lead hiring and onboarding, build a standout candidate experience, and drive learning & development. Use data to improve: keep Workday and people metrics sharp, spot trends, and turn insights into better decisions. Lead change: implement global HR initiatives locally and continuously improve processes and employee experience. Degree/Master’s in HR, Psychology, Law or Business Administration ~5+ years in HR generalist or HRBP roles ~ Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and familiarity with Portuguese labor law ~ Payroll coordination experience with external providers ~ Advanced HRIS knowledge (Workday preferred) and Office 365~ Solid capability in people data, analytics and reporting ~ Fluent English (C1)Portuguese language skills Ability to translate global HR policies into effective local practice Project management and cross-functional coordination Strong communication, influence and stakeholder management Conflict management and continuous learning Our competitive and comprehensive benefits package provides you and your family with extensive protection and security, along with quality, life-enhancing programs; annual profit related bonus scheme, private health & dental schemes, non-contributory pension & much more.
