**Description**:** The Time and Attendance Analyst** is an important member of the Global Payroll team and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of time reporting across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Global Time and Attendance Lead, this position will collaborate in the development of standards for time reporting business requirements, testing, production migration and day to day - run and maintain. They will be the first point of support for Managers and Time Administrator questions for all EMEA countries.**Responsibilities**:- Serve as Subject Matter Expert regarding use of tools and processes related to eTime, Workday, and local Time and Absence technical solutions- Ensure timely and high value customer service to employees ensuring adherence to established SLAs- Participate in Global Payroll initiative to understand Time and Attendance Requirements across EMEA countries- Responsible for managing/participating in projects related to complex migrations from development to production, upgrades, and installations or configurations- Lead or support Time and Attendance option projects / deep dive analysis in EMEA countries- Assist in the maintenance of ADP eTime blueprints as requirements change- Recommend changes to optimize operations and improve efficiency- Support payroll operations on occasion when team priorities dictate**Location**:Asturias, Spain (Remote)LI-JV1 #LI-Remote**Qualifications**:** Requirements**:- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing time and attendance solutions including ADP e-Time and Kronos- Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience- Experience with ADP Payroll solutions (Global view and Celergo) preferred- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely via written and verbal communication both internally and with key stakeholders across the company- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to details and quality focus- Experiencing leading small to mid-size time and attendance evaluation and implementation projects- Experience working and collaborating in a cross-functional global environment required- Advanced experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- BA/BS degree preferred
