Mission
As the People Analytics Technician for PLD Space, your mission is to manage, clean and analyze people's data to provide actionable insights for strategic organizational decisions and solve business problems.
Using people's data from HR systems, IT systems, and other departments' systems. As well as using people's data from external sources such as salary surveys, payroll, holidays, timesheet registration, etc.
Responsibilities
Working with data for the People & Culture area to create dashboards and tools for departments and areas of the business when required.
Organize, audit, cleanse, and maintain our people's data.
Understand the available data sources and ensure that the base data is robust (setting processes for data hygiene and a rolling programmed of data validation).
Lead on developing the data visualization, dashboards and reporting of our people's data, and produce regular reports and analysis for senior stakeholders.
Develop our data and reporting systems, to ensure they are fit for purpose and work with systems managed by other teams, such as Finance.
Support the Finance team in the annual budget process and maintain accurate month-by-month staff budget data to monitor budget spend.
Required Knowledge
At least 3 years of experience in a consultancy or HR/labor department within companies with a large workforce, with solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
Experience in HR and payroll administration, including contracts, payroll, settlements, flexible compensation, social security processes, time tracking, vacations, leaves and absences, sickness and accident leave, birth leave, subsidized training, and HR documentation
With hands-on use of systems such as Sistema RED, Delt@, SILTRA, SLD, and Contrat@.
A relevant qualification and/or equivalent work experience in data analysis.
Track record of success in working with quantitative data, undertaking analysis, and providing reports to senior stakeholders including experience or understanding of data preparation, cleaning and transformation of data into clear, readable analysis.
Demonstrable track record of success in creating strategic narrative from underlying data.
Excellent Excel skills and proficient Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar (e.g., Tableau), or evidence of underlying relevant skills incl. data modelling, querying, visualization.
Effective and confident communicator with the ability to communicate complex data to stakeholders enabling them to take informed decisions.
Ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong conceptual thinker, with a flexible and creative approach to problem-solving.
Close attention to detail, and strong judgement as to where and when this is necessary.
Self-starter, with initiative, drive and the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Organized to ensure work is completed to a high standard and to a deadline.

Competencies Desired
Direct experience with PowerBI and/or Salesforce.
Bachelor's degree in labor relations (RRLL).
Knowledge of labor management of ERP systems.
Fluency in English and Spanish
