All of this guarantees the overall sustainability of the Company.Plant Shift Senior SupervisorFrom Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our team as Plant Shift Senior Supervisor.MissionShift work in the Plant to ensure control over people and processes.Main ResponsibilitiesOrganize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift.Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift.Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management).Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant's facilities and equipment.Supervise KPIs (OEE, Productivity, overweight, breakage, etc.).Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment.Ensure the safety of people and facilities.Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain Quality controls.Immediate management of breakdowns.
