Job Description: We are seeking a Platform Support Engineer (L2) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving platform and tooling issues, ensuring smooth operation of CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve platform and tooling issues Debug pipeline failures and investigate integration problems Support repositories, build tools, and artifact lifecycle management Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure platform stability Apply structured support processes in SDLC environments Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience troubleshooting CI/CD failures and developer tooling issues Knowledge of build tools, repository management, and artifact lifecycle Ability to investigate pipeline, runner, and integration failures Structured and methodical approach to platform support in SDLC environments Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting complex development environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities If you enjoy resolving technical challenges and ensuring reliable development platforms, we would love to hear from you.
