Key responsibilities include: Supporting programme governance and leadership reporting Managing RAID logs, actions, dependencies, and programme documentation Coordinating project plans, roadmaps, and status reporting Ensuring programme standards, controls, and delivery processes are followed Supporting change control and audit readiness activities Working closely with project managers, workstream leads, and senior stakeholders Providing operational programme support including onboarding, logistics, and procurement coordination Maintaining accurate programme data across tools such as JIRA and Confluence We’re looking for someone with: Strong PMO / programme support experience xcskxlj within IT and Technology transformation environments Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting multiple concurrent workstreams Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks Confidence working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration platforms Experience within digital, data, AI, and cloud transformation programmes of particular interest
