The Advanced and Chronic Liver Disease group belongs to the Liver Diseases Research Group of VHIR. Degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Human Biology, or related fields PhD within the field of liver diseases Good command of English, Spanish and Catalan for scientific writing and team communication Accreditation to handle experimental animals Minimum of 3 years year of experience working in the field of liver disease research Experience in molecular and cell biology Interest in clinical research, teamwork, and the ability to take on tasks in writing, coordination and project management Knowledge of statistics and experience with software such as GraphPad Animal models in liver diseases Experimental design, laboratory work, data analysis, and manuscript writing within the context of a research group focused on advanced and chronic liver disease. Participation in teaching activities organized by the research group and the campus. Contribution to data analysis and interpretation of results for internal reports and scientific publications. Full-time position: 40h/week. Contract: This position is subject to obtaining the EMBO or Sara Borell.
