Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead and co-create Strategy u0026amp; Technology Roadmaps with BU partners and Corporate Strategy to translate business demand into executable technology priorities. You will shape Ru0026amp; D roadmaps across advanced materials, manufacturing, inspection, robotics, and sensors, while engaging cross-functional teams and AIu0026amp; I stakeholders. You’ll turn BU pain points and opportunities into measurable action plans with clear owners and success metrics. - Co-lead roadmap projects for Ru0026D technology bricks (advanced materials, manufacturing, inspection, robotics, sensors) with BU and AIu0026I partners
- Capture BU pain points, VOC, market gaps, and use cases to shape roadmap content
- Ensure alignment between business/market vision and technology actions across Ru0026D and execution
- Develop measurable, outcome-driven action plans with defined owners, dependencies, and success metrics
- Strengthen cross-functional improvement network across Westinghouse and accelerate collaboration
- Track progress against roadmap commitments, measurements, and goals
- Promote entrepreneurship and leadership within the AIu0026I organization and Westinghouse globally
- Coordinate with BU interface leads to understand evolving technology needs
- Facilitate collaboration with AI partners to route adjacent AI-related needs to the right teams
- Lead multiple technology development plans simultaneously
- Work across organizational boundaries with influence rather than formal authority
- Travel internationally as neededResponsabilidades
- Bachelor degree (Master of Science or MBA preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience
- At least 8 years of experience in engineering, project management, or innovation management
- Experience in leading multiple technology development plans
- Experience with technology roadmaps and financial reporting
- Experience with business case development, pitch decks, and product/market fit
- Ability to operate across organizational boundaries with limited authority
- Experience leading a globally dispersed workforce
- Experience in nuclear or energy industries preferred
