We are looking for a Product & R&D Manager with strong product instinct, execution mindset and a genuine passion for gaming (casual or console gamer – must). This is a hybrid role across hardware, drops, software exploration and product operations.You will work closely with the founders to launch new products, coordinate internal and external teams and push forward innovation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will own work across 3 product boards :A) Product Management – Essentials (New Hardware)Collect, structure and refine hardware ideas with the foundersLead user and market validationCollaborate with design and engineering teamsManage hardware development projects end to endA2) Product Management – DropsPlan and manage fast launch cyclesCoordinate with partners, creators and marketingEnsure on time and on quality deliveryB) R&DExplore emerging product opportunities across hardware and softwareRun lightweight validation and prototyping when neededSupport experimentation on AI driven concepts and new categories (eg glasses, wearables, accessories)C) Product OperationsCo-lead Product OpsPurchasing and supply planningSupplier management and cost trackingMaintain product specs and documentation up to dateRequirements3 to 5 years experience in product, hardware, CE, innovation or related fieldsAble to manage multidisciplinary projects and timelinesComfort working with suppliers and factories, ideally in AsiaStrong communication and cross functional coordinationCasual or console gamer – mustFluent professional EnglishNice to haveProduct or industrial design sensibilityUnderstanding of margin, cost structure or basic P&LExperience with consumer electronics developmentChinese language or previous China manufacturing exposureWhat we offerCore role shaping our product roadmapHands on exposure to hardware, drops, software and operationsFast moving environment with autonomy and ownershipGrowth path towards Head of Product
