In this role you ensure quality across electronic development processes for satellites and launchers, driving conformity to customer needs and the Airbus Crisa quality know-how. You work with cross-functional teams to implement the Product Assurance Plan, manage risk, and lead non-conformance and problem-solving activities. The position supports continuous performance improvement within a dynamic, engineering-driven environment. You will be a key contributor to delivering reliable, compliant products that meet external and internal requirements. This role offers travel and a chance to shape quality in a high-tech aerospace program.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Ensure quality functions across electronic development processes (conception, integration, programming, tests)• Define and apply the Product Assurance Plan• Coordinate customer-facing quality interfaces and conduct quality plan implementations• Lead reviews/milestones and justify non-conformances with solid arguments• Identify quality risks and drive Quality Improvement initiatives and APQP• Support incident resolution via root-cause analyses (5 Whys, PFMEA, PPS)• Lead non-conformance management and ensure consistency with customer requirements• Coordinate quality actions and xcskxlj manage the quality budget• Certify product conformity to specifications with quality staff supportResponsabilidades• More than 2 years of experience in product quality assurance or supply chain quality• Experience in Manufacturing or Testing considered• Advanced level of English• Educational background in Engineering (Electronic, Automatic, Aeronautic) or Physics/ChemistryRequisitos principales•
