This is an opportunity to contribute to a brand with a clear identity, strong momentum and a bold ambition to reimagine contemporary luxury on an international stage.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Production Industrialisation Manager to join our team, playing a pivotal role in translating design vision into scalable, high-quality and cost-effective products.The Product Industrialisation Manager will lead the transition of innovative designs into production-ready products, ensuring every style moves seamlessly from sketch through to bulk approval. This is a critical role bridging Design, Technical, Development, and Manufacturing—ensuring quality, craftsmanship, and operational excellence are upheld at every stage.If you are passionate about transforming exceptional design into impeccably crafted products at scale, we would love to hear from you.Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ubrique, Spain.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the industrialisation of new products from initial sketch through to bulk approval.Lead on pilot runs and pre-production trials, analysing results and implementing improvements before bulk manufacture.Review and validate product accuracy against tech packs and patterns, ensuring full alignment with design intent and luxury quality standards.Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across the production network.Optimise production methods and workflows to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets without compromising craftsmanship.About YouTo be a star candidate for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.Proven experience in product industrialisation or production management—ideally within luxury, leather goods, or accessories.Experience managing pilot runs and pre-production trials.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documentation, patterns, and specifications.Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives.Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.Commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality, cost, and timing.Detail-oriented with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and luxury standards.Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and international partners.Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.What we offer A dynamic and supportive working environment.Opportunity to gain experience in the luxury goods industry.Interested?To apply please submit your combined CV and covering letter, outlining your relevant skills and experience and interest in this position by Sunday 22nd March 2026.
