Eaton is currently seeking a Product Manager Aftermarket to join the team in one of the following locations: Tczew or Bielsko‑Biała (Poland), Turin (Italy), Karlsruhe or Bonn (Germany), or Montrottier (France).Si está considerando enviar una solicitud, asegúrese de pulsar el botón de solicitar de abajo después de leer la descripción completa.What You’ll DoResponsible for the development and execution of all aftermarket product lines strategies, pricing strategies, competitor assessments and strategy, and new product launch to the market for assigned product(s). This role will be responsible for analyzing, developing and driving product strategies that enhance Eaton’s market position and provide opportunities for profitable growth in the assigned products. This role is accountable for growing aftermarket revenue, product portfolio management, life‑cycle management, margin, cost out (VAVE), and market share goals. The role will be responsible of project and program management for aftermarket product launches and will interface with the other staff functions to ensure cross communication required to execute new product launches and promotional activities.Development and execution of product lines strategies, programs, roadmaps and promotions to accelerate aftermarket growth in support of annual Profit Plan (PP) and Strategic Plan.Drive for achievement of aftermarket product lines profitability, revenue, margin, and cost out initiatives.Monitor sales and program success by product lines against Profit Plan and Forecast goalsParticipation in annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan development for assigned aftermarket productsCommunicate aftermarket needs with production function in the related plants and global product strategy team to support growth initiatives including cost targets, competitive intelligence, and portfolio needs and strategies.Proactively address changing conditions by identifying issues and developing recommendations to mitigate risks and achieve targetsLead competitive assessments including ensuring updated cross references, product data, pricing strategies, and portfolio requirements to maintain market position.Work with marketing communications team to develop required marketing collateral material including catalogs, brochures, advertising, press releases, and/or sell sheets to support the strategy execution.Lead development of critical information required for online/digital presence for product line including weights, dimensions, photographs, product categorizations, cross references, etc.Attend aftermarket shows as appropriate to communicate key messages and to drive growth. Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans that deliver on scope, schedule, and financial commitments and build effective cross‑functional team dynamicsLeverage program management standard work processes, tools, systems, and performance measures to provide an operational cadence, agility and transparency during project execution. xcskxlj QualificationsBachelor’s/Master degree: marketing, business, or engineering5 years’ experience in successful implementation Sales and Marketing/Aftermarket based initiatives, Product Management / Product Strategy experience / Program ManagementSkillsFluent in EnglishExperience in Marketing and Sales / AftermarketKnowledge of products: tranmissions, clutch, torque, engine parts, hydraulics - nice to haveExperience in automotive or electrical industriesSolid Microsoft Office skills;Program management skills standard tools as PMP/PMI, CertificationsA results oriented and highly adaptable person who is a supportive team player in a corporateand multicultural environmentSelf‑motivated and a strong desire to achieve resultsGood written and verbal communication and influencing skillsAbility to work in a cross‑functional teamBusiness acumen Demonstrated leadership style that is consistent with Eaton expectations of leaders (ethical, passionate, accountable, efficient, transparent, learner)We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
