We are looking for Automotive Product Lead to work for the most important Tier1, specialized in hard trim in the automotive sector based in Barcelona or Ávila.Requirements:
~ Bachelors Degree: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
~5+ years of experiencein design and/or development of plastic parts for automotive industry.
~ Expert in exterior aesthetical plastic parts.
~ Knowledge of design rules for plastic parts / molds / injection process / measurement of plastic parts on checking fixtures.
~ Experience in project management and coordination with internal teams and customers.
~ Good communication skills.
~ High level of English and French.Responsibilities:
Works according to HSE requirements.
Drives technical specifications convergence with customer: he/she is the main technical customer contact till SOP, and manages the daily technical flow of information with customer.
Analysis of parts, definition of tunings.
Geometry analysis.
Mock up parts and presentation to customer.
Give all informations for CAD modifications to launch tuning in molds.
Manage tuning launches in the molds (regular meeting with moldmakers).
Update KPI .
Executes the actions decided during the technical reviews and updates regularly the action plan.
Tracks perimeter changes and reports to the PM.
Manage validation plan with laboratory.
Monthly report using dashboard to Customer Engineering Manager.We Offer:
