We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Production Industrialisation Manager to join our team, playing a pivotal role in translating design vision into scalable, high-quality and cost-effective products.
The Product Industrialisation Manager will lead the transition of innovative designs into production-ready products, ensuring every style moves seamlessly from sketch through to bulk approval. This is a critical role bridging Design, Technical, Development, and Manufacturing—ensuring quality, craftsmanship, and operational excellence are upheld at every stage.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ubrique, Spain.
Manage and oversee the industrialisation of new products from initial sketch through to bulk approval.
Review and validate product accuracy against tech packs and patterns, ensuring full alignment with design intent and luxury quality standards.
Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across the production network.
Optimise production methods and workflows to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets without compromising craftsmanship.
Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality, cost, and timing.
