About the role
You will drive the product marketing function, building the world’s most effective Go‑To‑Market (GTM) engine. This hands‑on, multi‑disciplinary role requires collaboration with Product, Engineering, Content, Sales, and Partner Marketing teams to deliver global campaigns and campaigns that resonate with developers and enterprise buyers alike.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for a range of products.
Lead messaging and positioning to ensure products stand out in a competitive market.
Plan and produce content—including website copy, whitepapers, blogs, and sales enablement materials—with product managers.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns, partnering with regional teams to drive pipeline growth.
Lead cross‑functional product launch teams to drive awareness and adoption.
Perform competitive analysis and adapt positioning to stay ahead of market trends.
Support customer success with strategies for upsell and cross‑sell across the customer base.
Plan and execute global events, webinars, and community meetups aligned with GTM priorities.
Qualifications
Passion for technology and open‑source innovation.
Strong storytelling skills to craft messaging for technical and business audiences.
Growth mindset and comfort with experimentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice‑to‑have skills
Data‑driven mindset to refine strategies and improve performance.
Experience in product marketing for enterprise software, cloud, DevOps, or open‑source solutions.
Experience with demand generation and translating GTM strategies into pipeline growth.
Comfort working cross‑functionally with product, sales, partners, and marketing teams.
