Develop reusable architectural blueprints, design patterns, and implementation frameworks. Champion professionalization and standardization across all phases of the software development lifecycle. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technical leadership, including: As part of a global IT team, you will be at the forefront of digital innovation and enterprise transformation. You’ll lead high-impact projects that scale across borders, modernize legacy environments, and empower both internal teams and customers with cutting-edge digital capabilities. Strong Team Leadership skills & experience managing products as a product owner 3–5 years as a software developer 2–3 years as a solution/software architect Strong background designing automated, scalable , and cloud-native enterprise solutions. Experience managing product delivery , stakeholder communication, and feature prioritization from a product owner perspective. Strong hands-on experience with: Business tools : Power BI Experience with third-party system integration , platform consolidation, and quality assurance processes. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including GDPR and IT security standards. Experience resolving technical challenges, including 3rd-party vendor management . Excellent leadership , problem-solving , and communication skills— able to engage across business and technical audiences, including C- level stakeholders. Fluency in English and Spanish .
