What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation, validation, and execution to continuous improvement. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and executive teams to align business goals with product priorities. Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to deliver on KPIs and user experience excellence. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product-market fit in a dynamic and competitive landscape. Stay ahead of crypto and fintech trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure the product is not just great — but also sells. What You Bring 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fintech, crypto, or lending-related environment. Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and financial products. Experience working on user-centric platforms where security, compliance, and usability are key. Commercial mindset: ability to balance technical requirements with business goals. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for translating vision into action. Familiarity with go-to-market strategy and sales enablement. You’ll be working on a key pillar of Nebeus’ strategy, where innovation meets regulation, and technology enables financial empowerment.
