We are looking for a Product Owner with strong expertise in compliance, risk management, and identity verification processes. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Compliance Specialist, Risk Specialist, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Control frameworks.Experience managing and improving Identity Verification (KYC/KYB) processes.Solid understanding of Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance, and Governance.Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks.Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver compliance-related products and processes.Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).Good level of English (written and spoken).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Currently based in Madrid.
