We are currently collaborating with a leading HVAC industry company based in Madrid., which is looking to add a Production Engineer to its team. About the Role: Apply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts and tools. Develop and maintain plannings and action plans. Train people about Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering concepts and tools. Standardize production concepts and methods in different locations. Develop and maintain workplans. Creating standard procedures and working instructions. Determining times in the productions stages. Designing tools and jigs. Production Change Management. Familiar with Policies and Regulations regarding Health&Safety, Environment and Quality. Requirements: Academic or professional education in industrial engineering or similar. +3 years experience in working with industrial/production environment and processes. Experience in Lean manufacturing methods and Continuous Improvements. Knowledge in SAP (production module). Knowledge in CAD/CAM. Knowledge in Quality tools (FMEA, POKA-YOKE, etc).
