Within NEP, the TFC team plays a critical role in orchestrating complex multi‑platform workflows, ensuring seamless integration between technology, operations, and clients.
NEP Australia is currently looking for a Program Manager to join our team at the Andrew’s HUB in Southbank!
The position
The Program Manager – TFC will oversee and coordinate a portfolio of projects and initiatives that deliver new projects, efficiency, and service excellence across NEP’s production ecosystem. This role requires a strong blend of strategic program leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure alignment between engineering, operations, and client delivery.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major TFC programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with engineering, broadcast operations, IT, and client‑facing teams to manage dependencies, risks, and cross‑functional communication.
Governance & Reporting: Develop program dashboards, track KPIs, and report on milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Change Management: Drive organizational readiness for new systems, tools, or workflows introduced by the TFC team, ensuring adoption and training across departments.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies in project delivery, communication flow, and resource management within the TFC portfolio.

Required skills and attributes:

5+ years of experience managing large‑scale programs or multi‑project portfolios, preferably within broadcast, media, or live production industries.
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, and client environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in a matrixed or global organization is advantageous.
