WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ • Must be able to work Hybrid in Barcelona (no remote-only applicants) • Professional-level English for daily stakeholder calls, documentation, and vendor negotiations • At least 5 years managing projects with 10+ team members or multi-region rollouts (global e-commerce launches, ERP integrations, or marketplace builds) • End-to-end ownership of software or e-commerce projects, requirements gathering, sprint planning, release management, and post-launch optimization • Hands-on Jira setup (workflows, dashboards, automations) and proven use of Scrum/Kanban to hit tight deadlines • Direct P&L responsibility for budgets up to €500k, forecasting, burn-rate tracking, change-order approvals, and executive reporting • Familiar with UX, digital accessibility environments WHAT WILL YOU DO? • Lead end-to-end project management for software applications and e-commerce initiatives • Plan and execute project kickoffs, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Implement and manage agile methodologies across project lifecycles • Monitor project budgets up to 500k, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency • Coordinate cross-functional teams using Jira for task management and tracking • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes • Collaborate on UX/accessibility enhancements when required
