Responsibilities

Ensure the reliability and performance of AI-driven client solutions, focusing on robustness and scalability.
Collaborate across teams to define technical acceptance criteria and project requirements.
Validate system quality under diverse conditions, ensuring data integrity and low-latency performance.
Standardize quality control and reporting frameworks across all project portfolios.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in software or ML project quality assurance, focusing on functional, performance, and automation testing.
Demonstrated understanding of testing methodologies for AI/ML systems (e.g., reproducibility, model output validation, bias detection).
Familiarity with modern ML and LLM workflows (Python, APIs, cloud ML platforms).
Proficiency in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
