This is a full-time, on-site role based in Casares, Málaga. As a Sales Representative you are responsible for ensuring a smooth sales process from A-Z for the Villas & Fincas clients.You will provide them with personalised property advise and give them further information about the different areas in Andalucía & about the Luxury Andalusian Lifestyle
You will organise viewings and liaise with owners and/or property managers
You will guide the buyer through the sales process until the day of the Notary & Beyond.
You will have created a personal bond with your client and will be ready to help them at all times, even after a sale. Think of bringing them in contact with the right builders, property managers, plumbers, etc.Collaboration with team members and partner professionals is essential to deliver unparalleled service and expertise in the Andalusian Country Property Real Estate market.Minimum of 3 years experience in Real Estate Sales
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
Experience with CRM, Inmobalia
Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly luxury and/or country properties
Driver's licenseFamiliarity with the Andalusian real estate market is highly desirable
You understand you are a team player and therefore help with additional tasks, sometimes unrelated to sales (eg. blog writing, administration, content creation, house preparation...)Company Description
