Job Description: Research & Development Technician We are seeking a Research & Development Technician to join our growing R&D team. This position will focus on working with other R&D staff members to create lab scale and pilot batches of polyurethane adhesives, sealants, elastomer and coatings. The successful candidate will regularly meet senior R&D staff to obtain projects and to provide updates on progress. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior R&D staff with developing formulations from lab scale testing to pilot batches. Conduct lab testing on R&D products and production products, as needed. Ensure laboratory chemicals and supplies are maintained. Aid in the maintenance of a clean laboratory. Maintain detailed records of observations and testing from product trials. Manage and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks. Take part in ongoing R&D meetings to develop a more in depth knowledge of ongoing products with a goal to increase independence. Provide senior R&D staff with updates on project statuses and needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
