Responsibilities Lead and motivate boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and drive results. Support operational processes including opening and closing the boutique. Assist the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the team. Support and reinforce a selling culture focused on building a confident, engaged team dedicated to guests. Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while keeping guests a top priority. Communicate effectively as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team. Support and enforce company policies and procedures consistently. Problem‑solve proactively and creatively, often independently.
