Design detailed RF architectures for transmission and reception in multiple bands.
Develop mixed analog/digital designs and compact RF circuits, including System‑on‑Chip solutions.
Design and analyze RF Power Amplifiers (GaN, GaAs, LDMOS, high‑efficiency architectures).
Perform RF component simulations (linear & nonlinear) with ADS or similar tools.
Conduct analog simulations using LTSPICE or equivalent.
Operate RF lab equipment: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and scalar/vector signal generators.
Contribute to documentation, design justification, and system‑level integration activities.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of:
Mixed‑signal analog/digital design.
RF Power Amplifiers (GaN, GaAs, LDMOS, high efficiency).
Compact RF circuits / SoC RF solutions.
RF circuit design and simulation (ADS or similar).
Analog simulation tools (LTSPICE or similar).
Hands‑on experience with RF lab instrumentation (spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators).
Experience in oscillators and PLL systems.
Experience in modulators, demodulators, and frequency converters.
⭐ Optional / Nice‑to‑Have
Experience in satellite communication processing and architectures.
Design skills for satellite‑embedded systems.
Knowledge of ECSS space standards or similar.
