We are a Travel-Tech startup based in the heart of Barcelona, passionate about revolutionizing the way travelers preserve their memories. Our goal is to automate the creation of travel albums and lead the global transformation of how people remember their journeys.
We are currently expanding in the United States and are looking for a Key Account Manager for the U.We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and internationally minded person who wants to grow within the account management department of a fast-growing global startup.
#Your mission is to nurture and expand existing relationships while identifying new commercial opportunities within our database.
Proactively engage existing clients (travel agencies, tour operators, MICE agencies) via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their annual business plans and volume forecasts.
Negotiate commercial terms and renewals where applicable.
Account performance & client success:
Ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience from onboarding to ongoing collaboration.
Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and performance metrics.
Create TripBooks during high seasons to help meet volume targets and maintain quality.
Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, including pipeline updates and revenue tracking.
Support the onboarding of new U.Represent 51Trips at virtual or in-person industry events when relevant.
Provide regular reporting and insights on market developments and account performance.
In short, you’ll be the driving force behind sustainable client growth and service excellence in the U.Native-level English (mandatory); Spanish is a strong plus.
~2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (B2B preferred).
~ Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
~ Based physically in Barcelona to come into our central office 3-4 days a week.
Ability to build trust with senior decision-makers.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
Ability to balance commercial growth with operational execution.
International mindset and cultural awareness.
Familiarity with high-volume account management.
