About Ovianta
Ovianta is a Barcelona-based AI startup helping private medical clinics work smarter.
Our platform automates repetitive administrative work such as patient intake, scheduling, and follow-ups through AI voice agents. Clinics save time, reduce missed calls, and improve patient experience.
We raised €540,000 in pre-seed funding from top VCs 10 months ago and are now scaling our Sales team to accelerate growth across Spain.
This is a key hire as we build the commercial engine of the company #128640;
The Role
Your mission is simple: generate new business and close high-quality clinics and clinic groups in Spain.
You will manage the sales cycle, from qualified opportunity to signed deal. You will work closely with SDRs, the CEO, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and long-term success.
This is a high-ownership role. You are not just closing deals. You are shaping how we sell.
What You Will Do
Own the full sales cycle. Run discovery calls, product demos, objection handling, and negotiations until close.
Understand clinic operations. Identify pain points and position Ovianta as the solution.
Drive new revenue. Consistently hit and exceed acquisition targets.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as clinic owners, directors, and operations managers.
Manage pipeline with discipline. Keep CRM (HubSpot) clean and acurate.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with SDRs and Customer Success to improve messaging, qualification, and handover.
Bring market feedback. Share insights about objections, competitors, and buying patterns to improve our go-to-market strategy.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech.
Proven track record of closing deals and hitting quota.
Experience managing the sales cycle.
Fluent Spanish (native or equivalent).
Advanced English (C1).
Comfortable using HubSpot.
Plus points if experience with Enginy platform (previously Genesy).
Experience selling SMBs is a strong plus.

Consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
Building a predictable pipeline with strong conversion rates.
Contributing to refining our sales playbook and positioning.
