Hours: 36 hours per week with a rotating shift schedule (Monday to Sunday). We are looking for candidates with proven experience in retail customer service, preferably as a fashion store assistant. Responsibilities Accompany customers throughout the sales process, communicating brand values. Maintain store appearance in line with Blue Banana image. Support inventory management: control stocks, process orders, and manage the back‑room. Provide excellent customer service and contribute to sales target achievement. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 6 months work experience as Sales Assistant. Excellent communication skills. Enjoys selling, cross‑selling, and recommending products.
